The bands

according to my checklist, i'm only supposed to buy the wedding bands like 6 months before the wedding. however, we got our quite early... in feb this year.

firstly, we wanted the rings in time for our pre wedding photoshoot in taiwan in may.

secondly, i heard stories about how people needed like 3 months to engrave / change the sizes of the ring...

thirdly, gold prices are increasing by the day! and the bands that we are eyeing are getting more and more expensive. this is because they use yellow gold as the base, and then plate the white gold over it... hence when gold prices rise, the cost of rings increase too.

we were deciding between the design at meyson and one from the diamond atlier. in the end we decided to go with the meyson one as it has a row of diamonds, as opposed to TDA's which is a tiny until cannot tiny diamond (its even smaller than my engement ring's side diamond!)





our bands. it's wavy, which makes it really unique. mine has a row of diamonds on onw of the wavy part. :)



when i wear both rings together on the same finger

as both rings are bought from the same shop, they fit really perfectly together :) which will enable me to wear both my engagement and wedding ring on the AD. but i would believe that after the wedding i shall only wear my engagement ring out on special occassions. we dun want the diamond to be scratched do we!
